This is basically it. This attaches to the back of the cabinet. The back of a metal guide/track fits into this. A wheel attached to the bottom back edge of the drawer fits into the metal guide/track. This allows the drawer to glide in and out smoothly. Several of these nylon pieces have broken over the years.

I can't be sure without seeing it installed but it sounds like you may need new drawer sockets that support the side tracks. Unforutnately, none of ours match the part shown in your photos but you're welcome to look through our selection here. I'm sorry that we won't be able to supply a match for your original socket but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
