What can be done? I triee to look for this guide without any luck? Can I just replace all the tracks and the guide with new parts?

Take a look and compare our Kenlin 32-081 drawer socket and 32-076 case runner to yours. 

If you want to replace the entire assembly, you could also consider our 32-053 track kit. Look over the related video for more information. Thank you!
