Hi, my house was built in the 1990's. I am having issues locating the drawer tract sockets for our kitchen drawers. Can you help?

Hello there! I'm wondering if this is a worn down version of the 32-130 Center Mount Socket. It looks awfully similar, but compare the diagrams below to the old socket and let me know if it matches up.
