I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for, but based on your photos it appears to be the socket.

This is the old Merillat brand drawer socket. This hasn't been made in a long time, but many customers in the past told me that our 32-119 works well as an alternative. Just note that this doesn't "plug" in like your original. You will need to install it using either screws or staples.
