Drawers won't slide

I ordered 5 Kenlin case runners (32-076) from you because I am unable to slide some of the drawers in my 16-year-old Stanley chests of drawers back into their guide tracks after I recently moved the chests. I decided the issue was the case runners, but I got the parts from you and the drawers still won
