Dresser drawer pull handle

Has numbers B?308?0 on back side and It's tough to make out, but what is either P416-0/P116-0 on back side of handle. It is brass and I don't know any other information about it. Thanks for any help.

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. See if the spacing between the center of each installation hole is 2-1/2". If so, take a look at our Classic Pull Handle 22-202. Do you think this could work?
