Dresser hinge. Marking on the brown plastic is 650.010.09.00

This hinge is part of a dresser purchased in the early 1990s the piece on the hinge that is brown plastic says made in W/Germany and has what I am assuming is a model or part number od 650.010.09.00 The metal hinge part attaches to the plastic brown piece and that is broken at the plastic portion. There's also some numbers on the metal part of the hinge and those numbers are 500.210.00.13
