Drive thru hook lock

Question

Need a replacement for this lock. Dimensions from top to bottom screws are about 3 9/16" apart. The circular portion is 1/2" wide by about 3 3/16" end to end. Also curious about the visible lever (that flips up and down on the other side) that triggers the hook lock. Does that come with the lock by chance? TIA!

Thanks for posting. Is this through a drive thru window? If so, that's an awfully interesting setup, since this looks like a mortise lock for a patio door. Specifically, it looks a lot like our 82-244, but please compare to the dimensions below to confirm it matches what you have. If you need a new handle set as well, consider the 82-020.
