Drop Bail Pull 4 1/2" C-C Antique Brass

I am looking for a Drop Bail Pull that is 4 1/2" C-C in antique brass similar to the pull in the photos. I have seen pulls that are very close in design but all are 4 1/4" C-C. Though it would be nice to have an exact match, anything similar will work as well.

We do not carry this exact design, but take a look at the 22-201 drawer pull that has 4-1/2" installation holes to see what you think!
