Dropping handle

I bought the 40-101 but I have to return it.

Attached are the photos of the door handle which is needed. My current door handle must be missing something internally as it's just hanging.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell this exact handle set. The 40-049 is similar though. Have a look and see how the specifications compare with yours.
