Drower hardware/back bracket

A from Florida says:
The piece does not have any brand or size reference. It is not screwable; it presses into the back of the furniture, the back end of the rail ends at 90 degrees, fits into the support and it presses into holes. Take measurements to the piece: 2 x 1 3/4 inch, for 1 inch rail.

I'm afraid we don't have an exact match for this type of flush drawer socket. All of ours stick straight out. You can still use ours, but you'd have to replace both the socket and the track. If it's a side-load track, you can use one of our self-closing tracks here. You could then use the 32-018 drawer sockets along with these tracks. This will require drilling new holes.
