Dry rotted latches

Question

HI,  I cleaning my windows and two latches were dry rotted and broke.  they are under patent 5.139,291.  There is a number 092 also on the back of it.  I am attaching images.   thanks

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at our 26-243 and 26-244. These tilt latches were the first to come to mind. Review the specifications and see how they compare with yours.
