Dual Arm Casement Operator from Truth

Question

I have a casement window operator that just broke off. I have been trying to find identical replacement parts but no luck. The parts are from Truth but I cannot find a suitable dual arm window mounted operator. As you can see from the pictures, I need with a center rotating handle that screws into the window frame itself. If you could help me that would be great.

Thank you for bearing with us during this busy season. The part that came out with the handle is called the worm gear. This can't be repaired or replaced, so the only solution is to replace the whole operator assembly.

To help us narrow down some options, can you show us a clear photo of the bottom of the sash, where the operator arms connect to the window? We'd like to see the shoes or guides it uses.
