Hey there! Looks like you have an old style Andersen awning operator. I've seen it a couple times in the past. It's not made anymore, and there is no direct substitute, but you could consider our 39-206 as a possible substitute. Now, I've never tried it myself, so I cannot guarantee it will work, but I believe it's the best option we have in our inventory. Look it over and let me know what you think.
