Dual Arm Operator

Question

I ordered the 39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator and installed it, but the window will not close the last few inches. I noticed that the original operator has a Link Arm with an upward offset, while the replacement 39-031 has an downward offset, and it appears that the downward offset is causing the Link Arm to hit the bracket. My Link Arm is 4 7/16", do you sell one with the upward offset?

Thanks for reaching out to us. I don't believe this old operator is made anymore. The 39-031 is the only viable option and, in our experience, this works just as well. The only difference is that you have to bend the link arm a little to have it attach to the bracket. I've never heard of an instance where the new style link arm hits the bracket though.
