Dual Arm Operators 39-438B & 39-439B

Question

The operators I purchased are the correct replacement size of my current operators except for the black piece on the end of the long arm. My old ones just had a metal post without the black part. Do you have a window track that fits for these? My current tracks on the windows are the Truth ones that you have that measure 14.5".
There must be a track that goes with the ones I bought or I am not sure how to fit the black piece on the window track -it seems about a 1/16" to wide.

It sounds like you may actually need the 39-253LB, 39-253RB, and 39-529 slider. These operators look very similar to the ones that you purchased but do not come stock with the back attachment at the end of the arm.

Take a look and see if these are the part that you need. If you're not sure, please send us photos of your original operator and the black slider so that we can determine the correct replacement for you. Thank you!
