I cannot find a replacement for this Truth with 6" arms on Swisco site but am sure that you would carry or can order this item. Could you please help me to identify it?

Thanks for writing in! Your awning window operator looks like it could be the 39-083 Dual Arm Crank. To determine if either of these is the right fit for you window, carefully compare the wingspan measurement. You'll need to detach the arm from the sash to do so.
This operator compatible with the 39-114L Crank Handle or the 39-205 Truth Folding Crank Handle.
