Dual arm crank

A quick learner from 02445 says:
Hello! I have a Truth dual arm operator, and last night the entire handle popped out, including the shank inside. What part do I need to fix it? The width from the the end of one arm to the other is 16". The arms are in fine shape, but the operator either needs to be fixed or replaced. Thanks!

Hey there!

It looks like your worm gear came out with the handle. When this happens; I'm afraid it means the entire operator has broken down and needs to be replaced. Start by comparing your dimensions to our 39-140 and see if this matches up to your original assembly.
