Thanks for posting! Yes, that is correct. You operator does appear to be the 39-253LB and its opposite part 39-253RB. Here are the dimensions so that you can double check the measurements. Although, I am confident you've selected the correct replacement.
The 39-375 and 39-376 are the handle and sets that would be compatible with those operators. You may also need the 39-528 casement track as well as the 39-529 track slider.
