Dual arm operator by Truth

Question

My dual arms glide work just fine, but the operator is stripped. Do you handle that part? What's the point of having old windows that you can't open? Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Pat, thanks for your photos. You can get these old windows opening again. Start by comparing your part to 39-348 (with the 36-078) to see if it's the same thing.
