Dual arm window operator

Handy Person from Huntington Beach, ca 92647

Hi,

I would like to know if you carry this operator. It is a dual arm. Arms are 9 in. long. It has a screw in retainer plug with two flats. One side of the retainer plug that holds in the threaded shaft is about .622" while the other is about .685". The threaded shaft looks like the shaft/stem from a water faucet. It appears to be mounted with two screws into the frame on the outside. It appears to be made of zinc or pot metal. The root cause of the failure appears to be the insert plug outer thread failure so the stem/actuator cannot be held into turn the internal gear assembly.

Best Regards,

Dave

Hi Dave, thank you for posting,

I cannot tell exactly how the operator attaches to the sash from the angle of the picture, but please start by reviewing the style of the 39-348. Compare the dimensions to your original to confirm a good fit! This operator uses the 36-078 shoe stud to attach to the track on the window sash. See the 39-114L for a compatible handle.

Let me know what you think!

Hi,
I have one added piece of information. On the left operator arm, it is stamped "TRUTH" with a logo of a house.

Hello,

The 39-348 operator is a Truth brand operator. How did the length of the arms match up and does your operator use the 36-078 shoe stud at the end of each arm as shown below? If the dimensions match, this style should be a good match for your window!
