Thanks for posting. Could you show us the pivot shoe at the bottom of the window that coil balances connect to? Preferably, could you show it removed from the window also provide its width and thickness? The identity of the pivot shoe will determine the coil springs you need. Many thanks.

Looks like patent number 4.610.103 as best as I can tell.

Okay, thanks for these extra photos. See our 15-111 Pivot Shoe. This shoe is compatible with our Series 160 Coil Springs. Look for stamps on your old springs to know which spring weights to select. Let us know if you have any questions.
