These roller are from Superior Aluminum Window products that used to be manufactured in the Los Angeles area. These windows were installed in the 90's.
The brass wheels are 9/16" diameter, the part is 2-1/8" long and looking at the edge of the wheel the entire part is 1/4" wide. What would you suggest as a replacement part.
We did carry this roller at one time, but unfortunately it was discontinued a few years ago. Our stock ran out only a short time ago, so you just missed it.
We don't have a verified alternative, either. One possibility is our 87-173, but this is mostly an educated guess. I've never personally tried using it to replace the 87-196 and can't tell you for sure if it's worth trying. It is, however, our only possible option.
