Hi. I am amazed at all the people who need these. I'm going to inform my local store where i bought it that they need to stock the dual striker plate. From your photo I can't be sure it will work. can you give more measurements? like the center distance from each opening...the distance between the two, the size of the openings. That would be helpful.
Larson is making a cheap part that doesnt last.

Welcome to our site! The 40-197 striker has the following measurements:
Each opening measures 1-1/2" high by 19/32" wide
The distance between the openings is 1-1/8"
The distance between the centers of the two openings is 2-5/8"
