Dual, tandem roller

I have been looking everywhere for this "closet dual guide". It is marked with "RIVAL". It is attached to the top of my closets and rolls along a rectangular shaped conduit that runs side to side of the closet. The plastic wheels are crumbling and I am running out of options. I would appreciate any pointers to where I can find this thing.
