I have Ducana Double Glazing fitted - about 40 years old.
I need replacement parts and hope you can help.
1. The metal bars which fit into the bottom of the window and go into the swivel part of the frame - some have broken - do you have replacements?
2. The plastic part at the bottom of the spring loaded tube has broken - see attached pictures. Can you supply these please?

I'm afraid I don't understand your first question. Your terminology is confusing me a little. Can you remove the part in question and show me a picture of it? Please show us an undamaged version if you can.
The second question appears to be in reference to the pivot shoe in your photos. I'm confident we can replace this, but I'm not sure what size you need. Can you tell me the thickness and width? You may find it easier to measure if you take it out of the window first.
