Please review the style and dimensions of the 15-087 pivot housing. Compare to your original to confirm a good fit! This shoe is compatible with the Series 180 coil springs. 

Based on the stamp on the housing, see the S180-09 coil spring that can support 9 pounds. Together with the other side, these springs can support a 18 pound window sash. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
