Dyad Operator hardware identification request

Hi Swisco,

I have an awkwardly tall Anderson silver line builders grade vinyl frame casement window, which I am rebuilding and getting the glass replaced.

I ordered the two bar hinge set, 36–048 (Swisco order number 3534809) as a replacement for my hinges. I think those are the correct ones to replace my old ones.

The DYAD hardware has some stamped numbers on the back. Please see the attached pictures. The dimensions: long arm 4-7/16", bent arm is 2-3/8" from the inside elbow to the end. The widest dimension of the screw holes, 3 1/8".

Please let me know the appropriate replacement to fit my original dyad hardware opening/cut out, And which will also mate with My 36–048 replacement hinges.

Thanks so much for reaching out to us! Your operator appears to be a good match for our 39-329. I think yours might just be an older version of it, which would account for the irregularities in design. But as long as the dimensions all match up then it should work without issue.

We also sell the 39-232 handle separately, if you needed it, as well as the 39-330 for the opposite side.
