Dyad Operators

Question

Hi
I order 8 39-187 white Sash Dyad Crank 5” and 8 39-188 Sash Dyad Crank 5” on Sept 24, 2024. The handyman never came to install them I tried myself. What I discover is 1st the outer most bracket seems to be a 1/2 inch too long. Also I noticed that the Swisscom product I order comes out on the opposite side as the one I took out of the window. Can you help me get the proper size?

Unfortunately, we don't sell a version of the 39-187 with that shorter arm. We've looked for it before with no luck. However, our senior experts have had success swapping out the new link arm for the old 4-1/2" long link arm from the original operator using our 62-014B rivet. Take a look and see if that might work for you.

As for the handing, the operator shown in your photos has the handle mounted on the left side of the base, which matches the 39-187. Thanks for posting!
