Dyad Window Operator Details

A home owner from Manchester, NH says:
Within the operator housing I see the following numbers: 30615 / 30894

My broken operator looks just like product code 39-090, with a different arm and link length.

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Based on the design of your gear arm, I actually think our 39-188 is a closer match. That doesn't fix the matter of the link arm size, though. I'm afraid we've never been able to find anything with this link arm size, but we do have a possible work around.

When faced with a similar issue, we usually swap out the link arms on the old and new operators. To do this, you would need to drill out both link arms, then install the old arm on the new operator using a 62-014 rivet.
