Dyad window crank replacement with 5" arm

A quick learner from Longmeadow, MA says:
I Have a dyad window crank similar to 39-090 but the arm length is 4 inches not 5. Do you have any of those?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
I'm afraid we've never been able to find an operator with that shorter link arm, but we do have a solution. You could still use our 39-090 and possible move the bracket back. If you don't have the room for that, or if that doesn't work for whatever reason, you could also just swap the new arm out for your old one. This will require you drilling out both the old and new arms out, and then installing the old arm on the 39-090 with a 62-014 rivet.
