EL 28HB BSI 8830

Question

Can you please help identify this manufacturer and let me know if you have replacement parts for them. My home was built in 1999. Some of them also have a white print in the corner of the window that reads:
99-1
AAPC
SG WS-5

Thanks for posting! It appears you have a ribbed channel balance with a knife lock shoe attached to the bottom of it. Although, to confirm the exact shoe on the bottom of your balance, I will need to see the assembly removed from the window.

Also, I am not able to cross-reference the 28HB stamp from the balance, so I'll need to know the exact weight of your sash to confirm the stamp the replacements will need.
