EMCO handle set

Hi there! I'm looking for a replacement for this EMCO handle/lock set.

The distance between the screw holes are 7" apart and the full length is 7.5".

The boxy bit with the mechanism is 5 3/4" by 1 1/2" and starts 7/8ths from the top.

The width of the plate is 13/16ths.

The other piece measures 7 6/16" and the holes are 2 13/16" and 5 10/16" from the top.

The only markings on it are the brand, made in Brazil, and 0695.

I'm looking for the full lock and handle set.
