This latch is is good working order, so I do not wish to replace it. However, I am missing the striker place. I haven't found a model number on the latch nor on the door itself. If possible, I would like to purchase a strike plate that will work with this latch.

The only strike plate we carry by itself that comes close to the one for your handle set (which I believe is our 40-049) is the 40-197, but I'm not sure if it will work on your door. Compare the dimensions and see what you think. Unfortunately, the strike plate that comes with the 40-049 itself is not sold separately. I apologize for any inconvenience.
