EMCO pado storm door mortise

we have the exact EMCO pado storm door. is the 40-101 Swisco Mortise the exact replacement to the 40-049 mechanism... I cannot find any numbers on the old mortise... it is too old we believe. We appreciate any help...

Thanks for posting. The 40-101 handle pair is compatible with the 40-049 lockset.

We have an old storm door handle with lock. I see Pado and Emco markings but no model numbers. Do you have a replacement recommendation?

Take a look at our 40-049 complete mortise lockset and see if our measurements match up with yours.
