Take a look at our 90-278 lock and let me know how its dimensions match up to yours.

Will this work with the latch mechanism that is currently installed in the window? See the pictures above.

Yes, I believe it could. I have used the 90-278 to work with similar keepers. Yours is essentially the same as the keeper that comes with the 90-278 set, except extended.
