I need to replace a bunch of these EPI window latches, but don't know what replacement parts to order. Thanks for the help.

Hello there!
Thanks for reaching out to us. For the sash lock and keeper, can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center? Seeing a photo of the keeper removed from the window would be especially helpful.

Hi, the mounting screws are 2-1/8" apart center to center. I can't remove the keeper without removing the window from the frame... not sure I can do that. In fact, I wasn't aware the each window would need to be removed in order to install the replacement parts. They are large windows... yikes!

Thanks for getting back to us! I'm afraid we don't sell a lock with that kind of hole center spacing. We have the 90-274 and 90-278 locks but the installation hole center spacing for each differs. Note that the backset is 11/16". You may want to double-check your dimensions just to be safe.
Unfortunately, we don't sell a replacement for your keeper. I'm afraid you would have to reuse yours if possible.
