ETL Sponsored Patio Door Lock Replacement

Question

I have a 1980's patio door in a rental property.  The locking mechanism is broken and needs replacing.  There are no markings as to the brand or anything except a sticker.  It say ETL Sponsored Code 130-1, Spec SGD-C20/SGD-C30 Series 1200 MST 12' 1" x 6' 10".
