Sashes are 29 inches. Looking for the spring opening assemble.
For the upper sash it consists of a 16 inch spring, a block the bottom of the sash fits into and a hook at the top to attach to the jambliner.

Your best bet may be to contact the original manufacturer or a local mill work if this is a wood window.
