Eagle Patio Screen Rollers

A contractor from Dubuque, IA says:
I have 2 patio screens from Eagle Windows that I purchased in 1989. The only numbers stamped on the rollers are 70-1. Each frame has 4 adjustment wells that protrude from the frame which houses the adjustment screw for the rollers. See photos. I need 8 rollers and 8 adjustment screws and housing. The rollers are 1" diameter and fit in a 1/4" slot on the frame.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your roller appears to be a match for our 84-024. This also has a 1" wheel and is 1/4" thick, but look it over and see what you think!

A contractor from Dubuque, IA says:
The 84-024 roller assembly looks identical to mine, however it does not show the top view which has a screw threading to fasten to the frame? See new attached photos. I would need 5 of those assemblies if they have the fastener mounting thread.

Also, I took photos of the adjustment screw cylinder housing that the adjustment screw is is encompassed on the exterior frame. I also attached photos of the 2 holes in the exterior frame; one for the fastener screw, and another hole that the cylinder housing adjustment screw is located. I need 8 of those.

Our 84-024 does in fact have a hole in that same place. Looking at our product photo it's definitely hard to make out, almost invisible, but it's just a trick of the angle. It's definitely there. You can see it a little better in the back view, which I'll also share here.

As for fasteners, the 84-024 comes with 1 of each screw and one sleeve, just like you show here.

A contractor from Dubuque, IA says:
The 84-024 appears to be the correct one, but I am concerned that the rollers cannot be adjusted without an adjustment screw to raise or lower tension? Is there another part that you carry that can address this? My frame is 2" tall and Eagle Window (now owned by Andersen) had the adjustment screw on the frame for a reason. The "rocker" arm that has the threaded hole is adjusted by the second screw on my frame. Any ideas?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Our 84-024 has that same rocker-arm that you mentioned and comes with an adjustment screw included in the kit, as mentioned above. It is fully adjustable, same as your original.
