Eagle Sliding Patio Door Rollers

i am looking for replacement rollers for an eagle sliding patio door, they were bought out by anderson and i am not sure of the rollers. This is an exterior door and fairly heavy,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see the original roller removed from the door to compare to our inventory. We would also need you to write out the exact housing height, width, and wheel diameter to narrow down your options. Thank you!

this is an exterior door and i would not want to do this twice if possible. is there another option?

We completely understand that removing the door is not a simple process but, unfortunately, there is no other way for us to determine the correct replacement since we do not have a record of the parts used by Eagle. For that reason, seeing the original part uninstalled would be the only way for us to narrow down your replacement options. You are welcome to look through our selection here in the meantime.
