I put in a modular home back in 1995. I believe that has eagle windows and their double hung.
Several of the sash ballasters which are Spring loaded need parts.
Do you carry such items?

Thank you for reaching out to us. We may have a replacement for your balances but I'm afraid I don't know for sure from this description. In order to help, we will need to see photos of an undamaged balance removed from the window along with any attachments.
I may need more photos and information after that, but I have to know what to ask for first. Just something to keep in mind!
