Take a look and compare the 36-048 hinge set with a 10" base to yours.
Your lock resembles the 38-075 depending on how the specifications compare to yours. If it's a match, see the 39-089 keeper used with this lock. If you need any other parts, feel free to get back to us with additional photos and we can go from there. Thank you!
