Eagle multi-point door weather strip replacement

Need to replace this weatherstrip piece on the bottom of 4 doors, but I cannot find anything like it. Can you help?

We won't be able to supply you with this exact sweep, but we can still help. I recommend looking at our 58-176 to start out. This is nice because it wraps around the entire bottom of the door and installs on the sides using screws. That allows it to work on most types of door.
