Hey, Mark. I'm afraid I wasn't able to cross-reference that number to anything in particular. I can tell you that your operator looks very old and we don't have anything quite like it. The only thing I found that's similar is our 39-083. Could you possibly use this as a substitute? Look it over and see what you think. You may need to adapt the sill trim on your window to fit over the new style base, and there may be other complications I just can't predict, but this may still work regardless.
