Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm sorry to say that we would not be able to supply you with a replacement for the crank operator you have here. Unfortunately, the operators we do carry not have a base similar to yours and the arms are made a bit differently; ours would not work in its place.
You may have some luck reaching out to the manufacturer but I cannot make any guarantees. Our sincerest apologies that we cannot be of more help with your repairs.
