Early 90s Kolbe and Kolbe casement window hardware

I'm trying to replace the actuator arms on two casement windows, one open to the left and the other one opens to the right.  
Both actuator arms on both casement windows are slightly bent, and the plastic bearing at the tip is completely broken off and window will not operate smoothly
