Edgemont Double Hung Windows needing replacement pivot arms

Hi,

I have an Edgemont double hung window with both swing arms missing. Is there a replacement part that works for this brand window? I don't have the original parts for visual reference.

I'm afraid I'm not familiar with this brand. I don't know what they used and I'm not sure where to start. We will need to see an old operator for a match. Do you have an identical window in the house that may still have its hardware?
