Egress window plastic guide for locking rod

The part that I need is for an egress window. It is the nylon plastic guide that holds the flat rod in place to lock/unlock egress window when closed. There are 2 of these on the window, one close to top and one close to bottom. This rod moves up and down vertically. The part number imprinted on this is: 141157

You'd need to use a 39-417 tie bar guide to replace this. At least one of the holes should line up.
