Ellipse arm question.

Question

I have successfully identified most of the items I need for my order. However, I'm concerned about the Ellipse Style single arm operator. I believe that product 39-028E would work (9.5-inch arm) but I'm not certain the interior covering would cover the opening completely. My current window has a squared off interior that is 4 inches in width and is elevated above the interior windowsill.
Would this be a proper product, or do you have another suggestion?

Hey there,

Thanks for posting! The 39-028E should work as a replacement for your repairs since it mounts in the same manner your existing operator would. You may need to use the 39-564 Ellipse Operator Gasket to make up for the difference in the shape of the base of the operator.
